Fortunate Homes LLC was established in 2016 and named after a man who was passionate about serving others. Fortunate Homes LLC is person-centered, and with the help of our staff members, we continue to be committed to making a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. We provide a wide range of care services to adults and seniors or people with a disability residing in the counties of Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, and other neighboring areas. Also, we serve adults with mental health need and chemical dependency.
